Re: adoption question

This is a very difficult question to answer without more facts but if the breach relates to not sending pictures or having telephone conversations or letters with the child, I don't believe that this is grounds to overturn the adoption.

For a consultation fee, I will find the answer for you. You may email me if you'd like.

Re: adoption question

Thank you for your inquiry.

It is difficult to adequately advise you of your situation with the brief posting submitted by you. In order to overturn an adoption you would have to show an intentional purpose by the adopting parents to deceive or misrepresent material facts to you that would have induced you to accept the adoption.

My office does handle adoption matters. If you would like to schedule a free consultation contact my office at your earliest convenience.
