Adoption

I signed away my right last month when i gave up my daughter for adoption. the adopting couple live in new york. according to the contract there required to send photos every month. the havent this month in violation of the agreement. i have actually changed my mind about the adoption i want to raise my daughter myself. do i have any chance of getting her back and overturning the adoption.

You would have to show fraud or a substantial breach of contract, which is more than not sending pictures.
