Adult Name Change
Can a closed case for name change be amended to show ''Jr'' so that the name change is deemed valid even though already granted by the court?

If more than 6 months have passed you will have to petition again.

I think that you can submit an ex parte motion and get the order changed with no trouble. I think also that the judge would still do it even if it has been over six months.
