It is a relatively easy process if your wife either agrees to it or does not contest it. I will charge $700 for an default annulment and this includes the filing fee and the process server fee. If we have to publish in the newspaper to serve your wife, you will have to pay for the newspaper.

Because you were married in Las Vegas, Clark County has jurisdiction to annul. If it is uncontested or on a default basis, there is no court appearance. If it is a default annulment, it will take about 30 days. If you desire it quicker, I would have to prepare a document for your wife to sign and it would be done in about a week. There would be an extra $100 to have it done because there is a second filing fee of $78.

If you and your spouse live in Texas, then Texas has jurisdiction over your marriage and is where you need to file for divorce or annulment, if you qualify. It takes at least 60 days, even if all cooperate and you or your spouse must appear in court. Let me know if I can help.

Because you were married in Nevada you can get an annullment in Nevada provided there are proper grounds for an annulment such as fraud, etc. You don't have to come to Nevada to complete the paperwork. The costs and attorneys fees average approximately $1,000 +/-.
