What are the guidlines for annulment in the state of Nevada?

An annulment can be done if the parties have been married in Nevada and there are grounds for an annulment. Typical grounds include bigamy, lack of consent, misrepresentation or any conduct that could breach a contract in equity. Annulments do not require a resident witness like a divorce unless the parties were married in another state. Often times the annulments, if both parties agree, can be done very quickly and even without a Court appearance.
