Annulment for Las Vegas wedding
I was married on 3/23/02 in Las Vegas, NV. I can't find any forms to have the marriage annuled. Can you help, please. I understand that there are conditions that we have to meet. It won't be contested, we were drunk.
Thank you,

Here are the annulment forms offered by the Clark County, Nevada District Court. I recommend that you proceed through counsel and the earlier quoted $750.00 fee is typical for uncontested work of this nature and reasonable, given the issues and rights involved:

Re: Annulment for Las Vegas wedding
If you are a resident of Texas, you need to do the annulment in Texas.
As you can tell by the 2 other replies, there are some questions that need to be answered before you can go forward on the annulment. For example, if you lived together after you left Vegas then you need to do a divorce instead of an annulment.
In Texas, the law is narrowly written for annulments. Sometimes a divorce is easier and cheaper.

Re: Annulment for Las Vegas wedding
I charge $750 for an uncontested annulment. If you would like to hire me, please send me a check in that amount, your name and address, your husband's name and address, the date and place of your marriage and the circumstances regarding the marriage, ie. drinking all night, thought it would be fun to get married. Have you ever lived together or done other things that would show an intent to stay married?
