Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

annulment

The annulment papers are filed and now I would like to know who I send the papers to so that they can subpeona him? Do I send them to an attorney or someone else? And can they deliver it to a place of work or does it have to be the residence?

Reply: annulment

In a general sense, service of process can be effectuated anywhere by anyone over the age of 18, and is not a party to the action.

For a specific opinion regarding your individual circumstances, I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!

Re: annulment

To serve papers you filed, you need to find an attorney service (not an attorney) or a friend who will serve the papers for you (over 18, not a party, etc.). You may want to contact an attorney first to assure you have done everything correct; or if you cannot afford one, return to the court and ask the court clerk or a family facilitator.

Best of luck with the annulment.
