Annulment/divorce

I am the plaintiff in an annulment petition. The defendant is counter suing for divorce. We have gone through case management conference with both side sticking to their positions. Conference settlement is scheduled next. What happens at the settlement conference? Property is not an issue. The issue relates to immigration status.

If both of you are asserting grounds for a different result in your family law case the Judge must determine first what status to place on your relationship.

It would be difficult to advise you about your case without getting some more details from you.
