Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
If I'm awarded property ( Commercial and Residental) (State of Nevada) in a divorce agreement. And My spouse wants his name off deeds. Will the (Lenders, Banks etc.) Want me to Requalify for the loans that are already in place under both our names.

"If wishes were fishes, we'd all eat for free." Regardless of your exes, desire, yes, the lenders will almost certainly require re-qualification to take anyone's name off of an existing deed. The ownership and the obligation are separate things, and the one does not affect the other.
