Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

bio-dad???

We had threesome's and I got pregnant. We lived together 8 months before we got married, and the baby was concieved after I was married. He claimed her as his knowing the whole time the possiblity he might not be the father. At 11 he took her for the test, and it stated he wasn't the father. we were married 7 years or so, and he fought for custody of her. What are her rights?

It isn't clear to me what your question is or what you would like to do. I would need additional information about this case in any event - such as whether you are still married to him, whether a Court entered an order for child support, and whether the biological father has an interest in a relationship with the child.
