Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Can my boyfriends ex-spouse, who has joint legal and physical custody and also gets $1400 month child support, have my wages factored in if my boyfriend and I get married? I have been told that she can also go after my wages because the court will look at total household income.

No, but the Court will look at his contribution to your expenses when making adjustments.
