Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
I have a business that's licensed only in my name and the LLC is only in my name also. When I get my divorce will my wife be able to have any part of it? She hasn't ever been a part of my business or contributed to it while we were together. We've been separated for 2 years.

Presuming you don't have a pre-nup, if you started the business after you were married, she is entitled to half unless you used funds to start the business, then you get that money off the top. If your business does not require any work from you at all and it was bought either before you were married or from funds that you had before you were married, then she gets nothing.
Basically, if you worked in the business while you were married to her, then she gets half, even if you were separated.
