how cam i wave my prental rights im the mother of three and the dad dont want the suport but i owe 47000 and im looking at a felony

The short answer is that you can't relinquish your parental rights unilaterally and thus end your child support obligation, under a Nevada Supreme Court case a few years ago. And even if you could, it would not make the arrears "go away." Your ex, however, CAN waive his right to collection of those arrears, which effectively "erases" them, AND he can stipulate with you to make the prospective amount owed zero.
So partially, it depends on how cooperative your ex is. Also, there may or may not be anything he wants -- like a relinquishment of parental rights in favor of a step-parent adoption, which would give you something to trade.
