Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

car questions

My mother just recently passed away and we had a car in both of our names the car was given to us by her dad,my grandfather.The title says her name AND mine on it.Is her husband entitled to half of the car because of the marriage?I was told so because of family law.I looked on the internet and it said if it was a gift then hes not entitled to it.The car was free.Thank you for your time.

It is one fourth his car even if it was a gift. You inherit one half of your spouss's property and the kids get the other half.
