Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Change of custody

My ex husband and I were divorced in Nevada almost 7 years ago. He is now trying to change the custody. I currently have full physical and joint legal. I have been told that to change custody there would have to me a dramatic change of circumstances for this to occur. There has been no abuse or neglect. What would a dramatic change entail?

Severe change in economic circumstances, substance abuse, child abuse, re-location, sexual behavior, mental illness, etc.
