Name Change

My daughter has her natural father's last name although he did not sign the birth certificate. I would like to know if I can change her lasr name to my maiden name without his consent. He Father is not on the birth certificate just mine her mother.

Unless the natural father's parental rights have been terminated, you need to go to Court to Petition the Family Court to change the name.
