my ex has custody of my son, for 1 yr now he lives in Vegas in live in Az we meet in Kingman every other week to drop off my son for the weekend visits after 27 yrs of not getting in any trouble I made a mistake and got a duI,which is now done and taken care of, also I was with an acquaintance,I was sleeping he went out and threw a rock threw a business I had nothing to do with it was not even around they have him on camera not me but they are charging me, me ex has decided to take my visiting privilages away (can he do this)is he in contemp of court and how do I pursue this matter,he also said I could come to Vegas (8hr trip) and have supervised visitation,can I put him jail?and I thought you are persumed inocent untill proven guilty in this country, I spent over $60, thousand on Lawyers fighting for my son he(my ex) knows I have no money,this is probley another reason why he is doing this, on june 18th he and his wife came up here to court just to see my charges get dismissed,even the bailliff laughed because you could see he was mad, then when it was my weekend on the 20th he said he didn't have the money to bring him, I have'nt seen my son since the first week of june PLEASE tell me what I should do...A MOM IN TEARS HELP ME!!

It sounds as if the child lives in Nevada, meaning that is the state that has the ability to change and control child visitation. It sounds like a Nevada court may have done the original divorce also. You could file a motion to enforce child visitation. I would be willing to help and my firm accepts credit cards.
