Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My child fathers parents are trying to obtain visitation rights over my son who is currently in guardianship of my mother. the Fathers parents made many false accusations in a motion to modify guardianship of my son. The father is incarserated and i am very qualified to have my son. how do i prove i should be guardian, not any of the gradparents

You need to show the court stable residence and employment and that you are a fit parent and then file a motion to regain primary physical custody.
