Does the mediator ask the same questions to all the children?

No. I don't know a mediator asking children any questions. There are times that the Judge will appoint a mediator to interview children but that is very dependent upon the circumstances of the case and therefore, questions would be different. Is there parental alienation? Is there sexual abuse? Is there a problem with a step parent?

so if a mediator is going to interview the children, it is based upon the facts.
