can child protective services legally question your child in the state of neveda?

Child Protective Services has been authorized to protect the best interest of children from abuse and neglect. Of course, CPS can talk to a child without the parents' permission. This is necessary if the parents' are the suspected abusers or neglectors.

Yes, especially if the parent is the one accused of victimizing the child.
