child support / child custody
i owed back child support to ex-wife . one of childern has lived with me since 2005 and the other off and on .we signed a notiory paper work forgiving me of pass, present and future support .she now lives in alaska and has filed with them to get support from me .is the paperwork we sign legal and binding we we're told yes from the child support people in 2005 as long parties agreed when signing . i also sent a copy to the courts to have it filed in a case file

Any agreement waiving child support must be approved by the Court in which jurisdiction of the children is active. The standard used by the Court is what is in the best interests of the child and judges are extremely reluctant to allow parents to waive child support obligations.
I would advise you to file a joint petition with the Court in which your case has jurisdiction to attempt to enforce your agreement. A key element in your favor would be that you have provided primary support for at least one child since 2005.

Unless the Judge approved the agreement with his signature it is not worth the paper it's written on.
