Child Support

In my divorce papers we listed braces as a cost to be split equally between both parents. My ex wife got my 7 year old a pallet expander because the orthodontist told her it will help his front teeth fall in better. She proceeded without my consent and paid the $3,000 and consequentially sent me a bill for half. She said in the state of Nevada all orthodontist work is to be split equally. Since only braces were listed in our decree am I responsible for this cosmetic procedure?

You are responsible for reasonable dental treatment of one half.
