Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

child support

My exhusband dicontinued child support when my daughter turned 18 on the 21st December, she has not finished school and is attending adult education, he said he could terminate child support on the grounds that she is not attending public school, she is also not employed, can you tell me if this is indeed the case, as I have to support her myself, and I don't have that large of an income.

I would appriciate all the help you could give me in this matter, thankyou

Re: child support

Nevada law only requires until she is 18 unless she is still in high school, then 19. It seems he properly terminated the child support unless you can convince a judge that adult education should be considered high school. Obviously is she graduated last June, you have no case.
