Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I am licensed in both Nevada and California and have been doing family law for 17 years. I realize you are in Northern Nevada and I am in Las Vegas but I can help. I would charge you for gas to drive to Southern California and if it is Northern California, air fare and hotel. I grew up in Los Angeles so I can stay with family, thus no charge for the hotel room.

You may also go to the District Attorney's office in your county and they will get a California District Attorney to collect the money for free. The problem is that they take a long time and can't do any investigative work or garnishments due to their big case load.
