Child support maximum

The Nevada legislature set the maximum child support at $500/month per child, but the law allows the Court to order a higher amount of support depending on the circumstances. SEE NRS 125B.070(b)(5) and 125B.080 for additional factors that may persuade the Court to award an amount higher than $500/month per child.
