Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

child support

The order is out of Hawaii, she lives in vegas with 17yr old child, I live in California. Does she have to go to hawaii to amend or adjust the order?

Since both of you no longer live in Hawaii she can do it there or in California where you live.

No, she can adjust visitation in Las Vegas and if you do business in Nevada, she can adjust the child support as well. If you don't, she can adjust the child support order in California.
