Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
I have a child support order here in Las Vegas with the DA. My son's father lives in Virginia Beach, Va. My son is now 18 years old and there is a lot of back pay child support that is owed. I was wondering what I can do to collect the money.

The DA should continue to garnish his paycheck until he is all paid up.
