child support

I have an order for child support and a payment plan for arrears the amount was settled by an agreement between both of us based on different help I was going to get from him, my ex- is not complying with order can I take him back and have him be held in contempt and change the order to the amount that is set by law for him to pay me instead of the amount we agreed on.

Yes to both. You can always get contempt on the child support and you have six months from the order to change the amount or you will have to wait until 3 years after the order or the ex's salary goes up 20%.
