Re: Child Support

The easiest way to insulate your fiancee's finances from your child support arrearages would be to draft a pre-nuptial agreement.

Our office handles pre-nuptial agreements for a flat fee of $350.00. This would also allow you to protect all separate property of yours and your fiancee.

Contact my office if you'd like to schedule a consultation to discuss your matter.

Re: Child Support

Mr. Herbe does not address the issue you ask. You don't need a prenuptial, just don't commingle your finances. ie. keep you bank accounts separate and assets separate.

As to getting you DL back, is there a case here in Nevada with the DA or is there a case in CA or Alabama. If there is a case in Nevada or California, I can get your driver's license back pretty quick. We just enter into a payment agreement and you stick to it.

You may email me for a free consultation.
