child visitation request
i hired an attorney and they kept postponing my court well while all this was happening my attorney became the assistant DA and i was never told that by my attorney so when i went to court she never said anything in my behalf and i lost can i appeal on the grounds that she became the assistant DA and never told me she was for the state not me what can i do can i appeal

I'm not really sure I understand your question. If she was your private attorney and then got a job in the public sector as an assistant DA, then she should have withdrawn as your attorney or asked you to have a new attorney substitute in.
If she showed up for court, but didn't argue on your behalf, then depending upon how long ago this all happened, you could either file a Motion for Reconsideration or an Appeal.
Possibly, you could file another motion.
While this won't help your case, if your attorney engaged in misconduct, you could file a complaint with the State Bar of Nevada. If you paid her for services that were not rendered, you could also file a fee dispute against her. Both are done through the State Bar. www.nvbar.org.
