Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

child visitation

I have a 13 year old daughter who lives in Portland Oregon with my ex-wife. I have discoverd that they are living in a homeless shelter. After several weeks of searching,I finally tracked my ex down, and she denies living there, but just gets phone calls and her mail at the shelter. I asked her for their physical address, but she refuses to give it to me. We have joint custody, with my ex having primary physical. Do I have the right to take my daughter out of the shelter, and does my ex have to provide me with an address for my daughter?

Re: child visitation

You need to file a motion to modify the decree of divorce seeking physical custody. I need to know where the divorce took place and if it was Nevada, whether she had your permission to relocate to another state to give any specific answers. Are you paying child support?
