Children

Do i have to give my ex husband my phycical adress i am afraid he is going to show up anytime i fear for my safety.

Thank you for your inquiry.

You are under no obligation to give an ex-husband your physical address if you have no children together. However, if you have children together you would have to give him your address so he knows where his children are living.

You always have the option of also filing a Temporary Protection Order against him as well.
