Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Looking for children

My husband has 3 children from a prior relationship and is paying child support. He used to live in Honolulu, Hawaii but, we now reside in Las Vegas. His ex does not want him in his childrens lives so she has moved and my husband doesnt know where to find them. He last was told that they had moved to Florida but, is not sure if this is true or not. What should he do to find his children and possibly request for joint custody and visitation rights?

Re: Looking for children

Yes, you should file against him for Parental Kidnapping. You will be required to do this in the jurisdiction where the children lived and you would need to file a Motion, if they were divorced in Hawaii, then in Hawaii. Otherwise, it gets more complicated regarding jurisdiction and more information would be needed.
