Does my child's father still have rights he left before he was born an saw him for about a month then he stopped contacted again and now he hasn't seen him in 2 years

Until there is a court order saying otherwise, the Father has full rights to the child as if he were a devoted parent. See a family law attorney (call me for a referral) to deal with this before you face more problems with this sad situation.
