Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I am a U.S. citizen living in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was in the Philippines in February of this year. I married a filipina who lives in the Philippines. She has a daughter, and is the childs natural mother. My question is: What do I(we) have to do so the daughter can have my last name?

Adopt.

Maybe have her mother agree to a name change and then petition the court for it.
