Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Community property

I just recently got divorced in the state of Nevada, and on the decree we stated that all debts and assets were settled between the two of us, which they were not. We financed three cars in both of our names, and he has all three of them. We never agreed for him to have all of three of them. He is not making consistent payments on them and it is still hurting my credit. Do I still have equal rights to at least one of those cars since it is both of our names?

Re: Community property

You will probably have to go back to Court to get the Judge to say that you are entitled to one of the cars that you forgot to divide.
