compulsive gambling

My husband has an addiction to gambling but will not seek help. How can I get my name off joint accts? I have not filed for divorce yet, but we are separated. So far that debt is at 32k.

In Nevada you have to have a separation agreement or a Decree of Separation or Divorce to bind third party creditors.
