Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

At what age can a child make the decision not to go on visitations with the non-custodial parent? There are issues of immoral behavior, drinking, etc. This child is extremely intelligent and gifted and he has firmly refused to go and even told a sheriff that he did not feel safe. Now I am having to show just cause. I know that he is intelligent enough to make these decisions. Please help me.
