Contempt of Court Motion
How do I file a contempt of court motion? Do I need to contact a lawyer regarding this?

Greta does not tell you that if the Contempt is not done correctly, you won't get it from the judge. Additionally, if you win, you will get your attorney's fees reimbursed.
If you want to try it yourself, go to the self help center at family court. If it is a civil, non family case, you can probably use the documents that the self help center gives you and change them for a civil case. If it is a civil case, re-type the whole document, don't just write on the document they gave you.
If you want me to review what you did, I would charge you a small fee.

Greta was in "witness mode" yesterday and answered only the question asked of her--just like any good witness!
Like any situation, there are pros and cons involved to "going it alone" versus hiring an attorney.

You can file a motion for an order to show cause why the party should not be held in contempt. Use the self-help center, a paralegal or attorney as it is not that easy to do.

It would be best to hire a lawyer.
