Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

my ex has court ordered visitation he has missed the last 6 visits and left early since the beginning. he has verbaly abused me and my child. the judge ordered that we communicate through txt msgs but he has blocked my cell phone so i cant talk to him he has not tried to contact me. is he committing child abandonment?
