Crazy Divorce

me and my husband have been married for 5 years as of nov 22, 2003. well i filled for a divorce jan 2003. he would not sign the divorce papers so this has been a long struggle to get done. Well in the process on jan 24,2004 he decided we take a vacation and go to las vegas to get our vows renewed. well we did do just that.. but as of today we are not together..we decided we are better of being friends...and my attorney called today and told me my divorce was final.. and he would send out my papers.

so what i need to know is are we legally divorced even though we renewed our vows before the divorce was final. or do i have to go threw another divorce.

please tell me im a divorcee..........

Your renewing vows and sleeping together does nothing to stop the divorce. If the final decree has been entered, then that's it-you are single!! A divorce can be annulled-set aside if you so wish.
