Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

(no custody ageement) My ex fiance would not let me pick up my son for visitation. Saying that my mothers house where i live, is not that which i reside. And I will not be able to pick him up unless i provide her with a girlfriends address. where she asumes I live. This is untrue and I feel her actions are wrong. Do I provide an address to a place I do not live? If the girlfrinds address is all my ex really wants? Is she entitled to refuse giving me my son?

No, she is entitled to know where your son is spending the night, but if it is at your mother's give her that address. If she refuses, you may have to take her back to court.
