Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
Custody or Guardianship
My daughter and husband are not capable of taking of their daughters(my twin granddaughters ages 8). I dont know if I should seek custody or guardianship. What is the difference? Is one more legally better than the other?

Re: Custody or Guardianship
Both Guardianship and custody are done in Family Court. I would recommend going for guardianship because you have more rights vis a vis third parties, i.e., insurance companies, schools, etc.
