Re: custody rights
Your question isn't very clear - Under Nevada law, a father has the right to "reasonable visitation" with his child - whether he pays child support or not. The fact that he has been convicted of a felony may or may not have any bearing on what the Court finds to be reasonable for visits. It is how he behaves with the child and what his actions show the child that will determine what specific visitation he can have.
For example, if he was convicted of a felony relating to drugs, and is now in recovery, he may be able to enjoy visits frequently. If he was convicted of a felony relating to child abuse or a sex crime, he will be unlikely be able to be granted any time to visit with the child alone.
Visitation problems are usually resolved by reasonable people reaching an agreement. If there is no agreement, the person seeking the visits must take the dispute to Court.
