I am trying to obtian these records myself it but requires a court order and I am trying to find the forms needed to get them. Even the name of the forms that i would need to submitt to the courts to start the order. Also the courts here are unable to assist me on getting the records from nevada Can you please help

Re: custody

Yes, I can get it. Expect to spend Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars for my time. I would prepare the appropriate paperwork and send them to you for signature and then have them filed.

You may email me to respond.

Re: custody

The document that vital statistics in Carson City has that you are probably looking for is the Affidavit of Paternity.

My first step would be to call them and see if they really need a court order or if a subpoena will do or if there is some way a written request from a lawyer would do.
