if my daughter father didn't pay any type of child support in 18 yrs, is he require to pay back pay child support for 18years.

Your question is too vague to answer with certainty. If it is a Nevada order (each state has its own rules) there is no statute of limitations for child support accruing after July 1, 1981. On there other hand, there are some equitable defense, such as laches and waiver, which may apply. There is statute that says that if arrears exist when a child emancipates, payments continue to be due at the same rate until all arrears are paid. And there is interest, and penalties, also payable.
