Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
My ex want our daughter to stay the night at his place. He has remarried and his new wife had 3 kids that live with them prior to their marriage. He has stated there is no room for her to sleep in and wants her to sleep on the couch in the living room. I feel this is wrong and would liketo know the laws about it.

There is no law that requires your child to have a separate bedroom for overnight visitations. Courts do not typically have a problem with a child sleeping on a couch during an overnight visitation. Of course, the age of the child and other 'safety' considerations may be relevant and there may be other information that you have not shared that could be relevant.
However, the absence of a separate bedroom for your child, on its own, is not problematic, in my opinion.
