Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
my daughter's father and I have a join legal and phisical custody, she is about to start high school, she is almost 14 years old but her dad want her to go to a school close to his house, and her and I want to her go to a hight school in the middle of both houses because there are better schools, we live about 12 milles away, what can we do??? do we have to get a lawyer and go to court????

You may have to get a lawyer and go to court. First, determine which school is actually better for your daughter. The court will only care about her best interests, not the convenience of the parents. Then, right a letter to the father stating your reasons and that if he does not agree, you will seek permission from the court.
