IF ive been devorced for 20 years. My ex=husband has inheritance from a relative. Are my children intitiled to any money to them or I . Can I still try to get back support? They are both adults .

Generally, inheritance is considered separate property, meaning, generally, that your ex-husband can dispose of that money in any manner in which he sees fit. With respect to the remainder of your inquiry, you have not provided enough facts. For example, is there any amount of past-due child support? How many months or years is the child support past-due? How old are your children?
