she got an attorney before i knew,told me to use her attorney sign the papers and get it over with to save on money,told me what her and her attorney came up with she wants 1200 monthly child support,does it have to be that much since she has a job and we will have equal custidey of the childrenand she does not want alimoney.she is a us citizen and came from mexico.

If you have equal custody of the children then her income is taken into consideration. $1200 sounds like a lot given equal custody. Before you sign the divorce papers you should have a consultation with an attorney and be informed of the law.
